The Sosa Insurance Group ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Date of birth and Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI)
  • Current insurance coverage details
  • Health-related information necessary for plan recommendations
  • Prescription medication lists
  • Preferred doctors and healthcare providers

We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website, such as the address of the pages you view (including any advertising or campaign codes in the link, such as fbclid or UTM tags), the page that referred you, device and browser information (such as IP address and browser type), and identifiers stored in cookies and browser storage. Section 6 explains which tools collect this information and your choices.

3. Health Information Privacy

As a licensed insurance brokerage, we may receive health information from you when we help you compare or enroll in coverage. We follow privacy practices designed to protect your personal and health information, we limit who can access it, and we do not sell it. We only use your health information for the purpose of providing insurance brokerage services and enrollment assistance.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. If you allow advertising cookies, we share limited browsing information (described in Section 6) with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising. Some state laws may treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time using or a Global Privacy Control signal. We may share your information with insurance carriers for the purpose of enrollment, as required by law, or with service providers who process information on our behalf under their service terms.

6. Cookies & Advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website uses three kinds:

  • Necessary cookies and similar browser storage. These are needed for the site to work, such as remembering your language and your cookie choices. They are always on. They include the following tools, which load with the page even if you reject optional cookies:
    • Chat and appointment booking (Wolfbot AI). Our chat and booking tools record the page address, including any advertising or campaign codes in the link (such as fbclid or UTM tags), the page title and the page that referred you. They log the steps you take in the booking tool and keep a visit history in your browser storage, so we can respond to your requests and know how you found us. This information goes to Wolfbot AI, our CRM provider, and not to Meta.
    • Get Started form (Zoho). The form on our Get Started page is provided by Zoho Forms. What you enter there, such as your name, phone number, email, state, ZIP code and contact preference, goes to Zoho so we can respond to you.
    • Accessibility tool (accessiBe). This tool provides accessibility options on our site. It may collect device and browser information and store your accessibility settings in your browser.
    • Google Maps and Google Fonts. Our office map and our fonts load from Google. Google may receive your IP address, browser information and the address of the page you are viewing.
  • Analytics cookies. These help us understand which pages are visited and how our site performs, using website analytics provided by our service provider, Wolfbot AI. They load only if you allow them.
  • Advertising cookies and the Meta pixel. With your permission, our site uses the Meta pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It collects the pages you visit on our site, the date and time of your visit, and device and browser information such as your IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers. This information is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc., which uses it to help us measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site (retargeting). Meta may also use this information as described in its own privacy policy.

What we do not share. We do not send health information, medication lists, Medicare numbers, or anything you type into our forms to Meta. The Meta pixel does not run on our Get Started form page. Advertising cookies load only after you select Accept All or turn on Advertising in . Information you type into our chat or booking tools is received by our CRM provider, Wolfbot AI, and information you enter in our Get Started form is received by Zoho, so we can respond to you.

How to opt out:

  • Use the link at the bottom of any page to reject or change your choices at any time.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.
  • You can manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or contact us using the details below.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
